Not recommended, especially if you're visiting Kraków from out of town. I booked and paid in advance at the beginning of October, expecting a professional experience. Instead, the address provided led to a complex that was extremely difficult to navigate. My calls to the person in charge went unanswered. After finally finding the place by chance, I discovered that the room I had reserved was occupied by someone else. Our booking was for 15:00, and we finally founded at 15:20. Nobody called, messaged, or attempted to explain the situation. Taking payment in advance and leaving customers to navigate an unfamiliar complex, only for them to discover that their reserved room is unavailable, is unacceptable. The lack of communication made everything worse. The discrepancy between the name Coworking Krakowski and the different name used during booking added further confusion. Update: Cowork-Booker contacted me afterward. I appreciated their initiative and professionalism in reaching out and attempting to address the issue. Unfortunately, the venue itself showed no comparable accountability. Shortly afterward, I received an email asking whether I needed an invoice. No apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of what had happened. After leaving a paying customer without assistance, contacting me solely about administrative matters was an additional insult. The contrast is telling: the booking platform made an effort to address the problem, while the venue acted as though nothing had happened. Mistakes happen. How a business responds to them reveals its actual standards. In this case, the venue's response only reinforced my impression of poor professionalism, customer service, and accountability. If you're relying on this space for a professional meeting, think twice before booking. A reservation should mean the room is available when you arrive. That is a basic expectation, not an unreasonable demand.
